Harvey with the service dept was great! Suntrup Ford has been my go to since purchasing my vehicle in 2017. I needed some routine maintenance done on my vehicle and they were able to get my car in very quickly. After picking up my vehicle, it ran like a brand new car. Thanks again for always keeping my car running like new. I will be back for my future car needs!

Got my oil changed, tires rotated & they fixed a recall. I appreciated that they checked to see if I had a recall without me needing to ask. In and out within an hour which was faster than I expected! Also had coffee in the waiting area which was nice. Thank you!

The was great, They were able to get me in without an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Just bought a used F150, and I've the best place to get it serviced. Thanks a bunch. Rachel took great care of me, best service in St Louis.
(UPDATE 1 STAR) Changing my rating of this service department to 1 star. Took my truck here for another oil change; however, this time it was discovered that my tail pipe was installed incorrectly by another business 3 weeks prior (Truck hadn't been lifted since tail pipe repair 3 weeks prior). My problem is whoever serviced my truck had to have known there was damage done to my truck, but yet he just parked my truck out front and called the job complete. Now it wasn't their fault the tail pipe was installed incorrectly, but I can't believe the tech didn't hear a big hole being punched in a 1/4 in thick steel pipe without hearing something as it was lowered, and the truck was visibly sitting jacked up because of the leaf spring catching on the tail pipe and the shock fully extended. What makes me mad is the lady (I assume senior service manager) came out and suggested someone must have hit me from the rear with zero damage to the bumper or rear quarter panel. I asked her how that could possibly happen, to which she had no answer....except to say it wasn't their fault. They were unwilling help figure it out that day, they told me to make an appointment for next week. I guess I was supposed to drive around for a week with my suspension compromised. Took it down the street to another business where the service rep explained to me what happen and took a floor jack and lifted my truck and freed the tail pipe from over the leaf spring (No charge). I'd still give them 5 stars if they hadn't gone into hyper deniability mode and offered to help instead of sending me on my way. I imagine the tech wasn't sure if damage was their fault or not, but I'm certain he knew damage was done and tried to hide it and hope I wouldn't notice until I drove off. Poor customer service for a major auto maker. I sure hope they actually changed the oil and filter.
