I’m very mad of what haircut I just got today. I have got this exact same haircut every single time and it was great but this time she cut it WAY TO short. Her name is Mindy it said she was the manager but it seemed like she just wanted to get out of her job and not want to give good haircuts. She had a terrible attitude, and if I would be the owner I would not be happy. Terrible experience and would definitely not recommend her if you go there.

I just waited for 40 minutes and still didn’t ended up having to leave. At 2pm it said 22 minute wait. Ridiculous.

Crazy experience today. Been going here for several years with mixed results but I’m not that picky about quality. Just want fast and easy.
Checked in online and showed up on time. Put my phone number in and was “on deck”. 4 girls working. 2 just sitting around. After 5 minutes another guy came in and said he forgot to check in online. They said no problem and took him next before me. I didn’t care because the Olympics were on tv and wasn’t in a hurry. Another guy came in and put his number in and they immediately took him back. Thought it was odd but didn’t say anything. Then a third guy walked in and put his number in I was on deck and he was up in 10 minutes. Finally one of the girls comes back from her smoke break and says “Scott”. I looked at her and said “you don’t want to cut my hair today?” She said yea you are after Scott. I honestly thought I was being secretly recorded. There is a million places to get my haircut but WOW.

I had one of the worst haircuts ever with Courtney, she was nice but honestly she should go back to barber school. I went in for a simple haircut 0 to a 1 on the sides and an 8 guard on top and well it was bad bad. Sides were uneven and ended up looking like a broccoli. I typically have my own barber I go to but sometimes on short notice I have to find a different person. Last time I make this mistake.

Danielle is the best! I got a rough haircut from another place, came into Sports Clips and Danielle saved my hair! Cannot praise her and this location enough!

Unfortunately, under no circumstances would I be able to recommend this sport clips to anybody of any age. It pains me to write this review, but I hope to save somebody the experience that I had with their employee Danielle. To put it kindly, Danielle looked like she had had a rough day, and I told myself that no matter how the haircut Turned out, I would leave her a great tip to hopefully make her evening better I Then proceeded to get a haircut (if you want to call it that) And half of my beard chopped off, That looks like my five-year-old daughter performed it. During the cut, She repeatedly “flicked” The clippers against my head, best I can describe it would be hitting a tennis ball with a tennis racket with your wrists, Which left the hair extremely uneven. I have no idea why, but at one point she pressed the clippers into my cheek and left a golf ball size bald spot in the middle of my beard… I did not say anything because what could be done at that point, and I think she did not think I noticed, and then proceeded to try and make it match on the other side. In addition to the uneven hair all over my head, the multiple dime size bald spots from the uneven cutting, And destroying my beard, There are specs of blood on the shoulders of my shirt I’m assuming from cuts as well. At this point, I am considering just shaving my head completely bald, and if I still had my full beard, I would do it with no thought, but since 1/3 of my entire facial hair is missing and I now look like a 12-year-old trying to grow his first beard who also tried to cut his hair by himself, I will have to decide what the best of action is going forward as I have multiple events coming up this weekend that I was hoping to look halfway decent for, which now I will not. If you want to patronage this location, obviously let somebody else cut your hair, but the thing that Bhel me is how somebody got hired in the first place that did this to this evening.

Received a free haircut coupon from a friend. Who doesn't love free haircuts? People who would rather not trade good customer service for a freebie. Walked in and was greeted immediately but that was that. I sat for 25 minutes and watched 3 people go ahead of me. When I inquired they said I was supposed to put my phone number in the computer and that would have let them know I was in the store. Huh? Not me physically walking in? I walked back out and to my usual barber that charges $40. All free money isn't good money.

The salon is very nice and inviting. As soon as I got there they offered my coffee or water. The service I received was everything that I wanted. I love my perm.
