I broke my phone yesterday evening and had to rush and get a replacement before this morning. I stopped in to the Spectrum store within a hour of closing time with two people ahead of me, and was worried that they wouldn't have the phone I liked, or be able to get me a phone at all that day. Thankfully Jayce, and Tyler not only were both quick to greet me and let me know I'd be taken care of, they followed through. Tyler was able to find the exact phone I want, update my account, and transfer all of my old phone info to my new phone with no problems at all. Jayce was able to recommend me some phone case options, and show me some features on my new phone that I wasn't aware of. This was all done while having great conversation, and without slowing down the process. I was in and out of there in under 45min, most of which was just transferring my old phone data to my new one. Not even adding in that more customers were coming and going while they were helping me.
Truthfully that was the best experience I've had with any Spectrum store, and any mobile phone retailer.

I have never had good experiences with Spectrum, but my visit to this store takes the cake. I had a flood at my home so my equipment was ruined, I just needed to exchange it, I walk in, the lobby is full. I sign in and sit down after waiting for an almost an hour I noticed no one had been called up to any of the 3 stations being worked. I started speaking with others and they had been there an hour before me and only one person had been called up. I observed that the reason is that anyone getting a phone wants to transfer their data while there and instead of explaining to the customer that it wil be awhile and instructing them to have a seat, so they can help the next person, they just sit there with them at the counter doing nothing. So, I went on my phone and scheduled an appointment at the same place for two hours later, again, I have to put in my reason for the appointment. I go home, wait and come back at my appointment time, I’m then asked what they can do for me, when I say I need to exchange my equipment, the guy just looks at me and says sorry, we don’t have any equipment here. Seriously, is there some reason they couldn’t tell me that 4 hours ago when they knew that’s why I was there so I could go to a different location. Ridiculous! Needless to say, I went home & signed up for AT&T and now I get faster WiFi for $50 less each month. Highly recommend getting away from Spectrum if you have any choice!!!

Zach is the reason I am still with Charter Spectrum. He is extremely helpful and honest. It's refreshing to work with someone that actually cares and wants you to have the best service possible.

Literally a joke of employees. I went to Grand location to downgrade one of my phone lines and suspended the service, it is able to be done and Kirkwood location told me no can do you're stuck with both lines. What idiots ?
Going back to Grand or Arnold where the employees are knowledgeable

Went in to add services on my account on 9/29/2024, there were about 8 people ahead of me and two cashiers working when I got there. I decided to walk down to the store two doors down, headed back in after 20 minutes to find my name on the now serving screen. They were servicing the person ahead of me and the second cashier was in the back. I waited for about 10 more minutes and the second guy came out and pushed the button, to service the next person that came after I did. I said sir my name is on the board now he said that I wasn't in the store when he called my name, so now I would have to get at the end of the line. The lobby was now full of people. I left and will not be back to this store. Customer service sucks here.

The guy working was great. But it was one guy for entire store. 20 customers. Everyone was waiting 90 minutes plus. 6 worker terminals but only 1 worker.

I don't think I could say I was "helped" by Jayce today, but we did have an interaction. I asked him questions, and he told me he didn't know. Mind you, these are basic questions about billing, service address, ect. Not a single answer was given. He told me right away my service address being wrong on my account "might cause a lot of problems, but I guess we'll wait and find out". I told him I would like to avoid any problems down the road and asked if he could fix the issue. He then proceeds to ignore my question until I ask again. Never got a solid answer from him. Seemed like he wanted to do the bare minium. Thanks for nothing.

My spectrum router crapped out (shocker) after only 6 months. Bought my own. Went to the store to return this paperweight and get the $7/mo charge of my bill. So it should have taken at the most 3 minutes. Checked in. Was 5th name down on the screen. Went shopping at target for ~25 minutes. Came back. The two customers that were being helped at the time I left were the exact same two customers still being helped when I got back. Zero progress. Decided to bounce after about 10 more minutes. Tried to find a way to check out/leave the line. Couldn't. Went home. I had been home for 45 minutes when I got a text saying I'm "next in line". It would have taken almost 2 hours to go through 5 customers (if I had stuck around). Charter can afford more employees.
