The best place to ship hands down. They don't over charge for everything like other places, even other ups stores charge a ridiculous price for the simplest things. Great UPS location and representative of UPS quality of service! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought a pre-paid package into their location to ship and had a blast talking with the team and owner of the location. They answered every question I had and helped to explain parts of the shipping business (Amazon returns) I didn't understand.

“I will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s again unless I’m forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

I believe their print prices are the cheapest ones I've found around Fenton.

I walked in needing a box to ship off an item and expected to just need to figure it out on my own, but he noticed me looking at the options and recommended the best packaging for my needs. What i wanted wasn't available at the front, so he went out of his way to look in the back for more boxes. Proceeded to package everything up for me, including tape, label, and all! Very friendly, very quick, very efficient.”

“There are other post offices closer to my home, but I choose to drive a little further to use the Des Peres facility. The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!”
