“I had a great experience with extra space storage. I moved in 4 and 1/2 years ago and it was very easy at the time and on move out with one day notice they did not charge me for any additional time and were able to close me out with my payments being up to date even though a new payment was due in 10 days. Wonderful transaction. Wally was very helpful in closing me out and if I need storage again extra space will be my first phone call.
After 4 1/2 years all of my items were in the same shape I left them. No cobwebs no rodents a very clean facility”

“Decided to rent a 5x5 unit and Brian provided excellent service. The process was short and easy, Brian answered all my questions. I returned a few days later to rent a vehicle parking spot. And once again Brian was available. I called to ensure there was parking availability and when I arrived at the office, Brian was able to get me a spot just in time for workcation trip. Awesome customer service!!!”

I was in the middle of a very unexpected and rough personal experience and had been referred to this place which wasn't open yet so I did the online rental thing which went SUPER SMOOTH then once it did open and I went to go get the unit and take my things up there... The lady in the office, Dakota Gerber, WAS ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT!! With the ordeal I was already being dealt for the day, she gave me comfort in being able to have a secure place for my important and sentimental items I needed to, she was very warm and welcoming and connected to me when I truly needed it most. “We moved today from our home to an apartment, as temporary living space while our new house is being built. That meant we also needed to move much of our belongings into storage.
The team from Simple Moves brought two trucks and five movers and had the trucks loaded in less than 3 hours. They then took most of our property to a nearby storage facility we rented, and when complete, drove to our apartment to finish the job.
As part of the day, I should say the guys did the unloading in the light rain, and at
the apartment, had to deliver to the third floor.
No complaints, just hard work. I would highly recommend Simple Moves when the time comes for a relocation.”

They have the perfect square foot sized units for storing records or anything work related that has to be kept under privacy previsions due to hipaa policy’s.”
“Brandon, the store manager was very helpful when deciding what size unit would be best for our things. We had to cancel a unit somewhere else and he made the process of canceling a unit from another store and transferring to his store as easy as possible. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Would 1000% recommend storing your belongings here in a heart beat.”

“I recently utilized A-Storage Inn (Manchester, MO), to store furniture, etc., between moves. I was dealing with a lot of issues (selling a home, renting an apartment, buying a new home, etc.). During this process, A-Storage Inn was a breath of fresh air.
I rented two climate-controlled units which were clean, roomy, and easily accessible. Each unit had it’s own individual door, (No indoor corridors to maneuver through). You can pull your car/truck right up to the door.
Their terms were simple and straightforward. No surprises, no signing me up for stuff I didn’t need, and their rates were very good!
I was very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use A-Storage Inn again.”
