Excellent service and professional. Car had slow puncture. They got the car in quickly. I received a text with a link to the work they performed and with suggestions on maintenance. There was never an upsell. Great price and trustworthy . Highly recommend

We’re new to the area and looking for a convenient and dependable service location. Called and got an appt easily for emissions inspection and oil change. Dropped vehicle off on Sunday night using the key drop box and picked up at end of day on Monday. Telle mechanics inspected the vehicle and sent a detailed and helpful report with updated info on brakes, filters, tire tread, etc. We’ll likely return for any necessary maintenance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I hadn’t made an appointment to wait for the inspection, they accommodated me. I’m so glad Telle has retained Rasch employees! A great place to have your car serviced!
