If i could give no stars i would. They are awful and very rude. I drove in a snowstorm to get there. The docs office messed up the blood work orders. They were supposed to go to LabCorp, and they sent them to Quest. This was the 2nd attempt to get this done. So, i was determined. BTW LabCorp by St. Mary's Hospital was very nice and friendly. Super nice staff there! I was late but nobody was there i assume due to the weather. They did take me, but they were very rude about the check in. The tech questions about the blood work made me feel that the orders were not there again. When i became upset she snapped at me and told me to calm down the orders are here. From the moment i stepped in the office it was sit here, sign there, put your things here. Very abruptly. Never a smile or eye contact. Commands not direction or requests. She was terrible at drawing out the blood and needle stick. Rough. Hurt. Just a nasty human being. What they need to remember is that they are providing a service and a medical service at that. This is not pleasant. It could be looking for discovery of an illness or you already have an illness. So stressful to begin with. Then you get treated like trash. They are paid to provide this service by us in some way shape or form. They have a job because of the consumer, us. In my opinion Quest needs to fire them all at this location. I will never go back and hopefully if medical providers are seeing the reviews, they suggest not to use this location. DO NOT GO TO KIRKWOOD QUEST!!!!

I made an online appointment and was called back to the room within 5 minutes. Unfortunately the doctor's order had not yet arrived to the location so I came back about 20 min later. Rhonda was very nice and helpful throughout the process. I barely felt the needle and was in and out in a matter of minutes. This location is very busy, but a little kindness and friendly conversation go a long way in making this a pleasant process for all involved. Thank you Rhonda for your great attitude!

We’ve been using this location regularly the last few months and everyone is always nice and service is quick. Candi is amazing. She’s gone above and beyond multiple times for our family!

This place is fine but not when they close at 3:30pm after my doctor's appointment on the 5th of January. I have missed their opening, Damn it!

horrible!!!! ON A SCALE OF 100 , I GIVE THEM A "0" It is 100% IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone. I will never go there again!!! I don't even care if it costs me money to go someone else. And even worse, I you want to connect with something there, it cost you $money to place the call!!!! I quit!

No problems. I booked an appointment in advance, arrived 10 min early, the waiting room was empty so they passed me right in. My doctor’s order was in the system already, got my bloodwork done and was out in less than 5 minutes.

I have had to get blood work two separate times over the past week. I was seen immediately both times, and was in and out quickly without any pain. Theresa took care of me both times. She was amazing, especially today, and was so empathetic to my current situation. I have never hugged a phlebotomist until today, and she was a bright spot in my day.

Awful. Go anywhere but this location. The Supervisor was rude and completely misrepresented the policy of this company. She made a scene in the packed lobby about my situation. The cute video scrolling while you wait(specifically with respect to their social distancing practices in the lobby) is an absolute joke. People were sitting elbow to elbow in chairs lining all four walls. My physicians office is lodging a complaint as will I.

The people here are friendly and seem like they want to help, but that's where the positives stop. After two attempts to get my lab work performed, I have repeatedly been sent away saying that they have no records of ordered labs. My technician asked me what method my doctor's office was using to transmit - electronic or fax? I asked her to please double check the fax machine, as I have no idea how my doctor runs their office. Her response was "Oh, the fax machine is broken." ?Stay away from Quest - it's becoming obvious why insurance lists them as preferred, as they seem to run the leanest (cheapest) operation in town.

They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The supervisor was purposely intimidating. I refused a blood sample unless someone else took it. She wouldn't give me the option. I left.

This location has HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! There is an option on the kiosk to have a text sent when they are ready to see you. I signed up and stepped outside to return a phone call. When I received their text I was in the door within a minute (you have ten minutes to return after the text has been sent). She asked if *** was in the room then said "Take her off the list.". A little old lady said "I'm not *** but I'm ****" obviously making a nervous joke. The supervisor wouldn't even look at her and just said "I didn't ask for you". Then she said to take my name off the list without even asking if I was there. When I told her I'm the patient she was rude about me not being in the room when the text was sent. Why even have the option of a text if they just drop your name? She said "Would you like to have your blood drawn, by me?" in a threatening manner. I said "I would rather have it done by another member of staff". I was not given that option and she told me to go sit down, that I could just wait. Needless to say I left. I'll go to St. John's and have a professional draw blood. Don't go into the medical field if you are an unempathetic person with no patience. She should be fired.

Absolutely awful. They refused to let my boyfriend be there for emotional support and rushed me out. Fainted as soon as I walked out of the building. The staff are extremely rude and don’t care. Find another location

Rhonda was the sweetest at the kirkwood location! Made my 3 hour glucose test tolerable and made sure to be right on time ? definitely my best experience with lab draws!!!

This location has awful customer service. I had an appointment at 11:30 but they were an hour behind due to being short-staffed. I understand being short-staffed and stressed, but the 2 workers who were there were extremely rude to the 20 + people waiting. I will never go back.
