The young lady who drew my blood was the best I've ever had. I always come to this location because everyone has always been friendly and skilled, but today was the best ever. I also appreciate the text reminder that includes a link to click to check in. Couldn't be easier!

I really do want to help you make your business better. Because of my choice of healthcare provider, I have to frequent Quest facilities for routine blood work. Each time I do, I observe unsettling things: some which are easy to fix, and some which would take some reimagining customer experience but would be hugely beneficial. First, the easy stuff: the TVs blaring info about billing and then random TV shows are so stress-invoking for people who are waiting to be stuck with needles. Why not consider playing calming music, nature documentaries, or even educational materials about the human body? You could have pamphlets available with the billing information that patients could take, but the audio experience would be calming. That's easy stuff. The big problem you have is the lack of human beings in the lobbies. The kiosks are so off-putting to most everyone, but especially the elderly or the infirm, who I suspect use your facilities the most. I have watched, time and time again, people struggle to the point of frustration at the kiosks, fellow patients pitching in to help, and phlebotomists losing their cool when the strugglers plead for help checking in. Why abandon people like that, especially in an environment where a little TLC goes a long way? HIRE PEOPLE to welcome your clients, make them feel comfortable, and that will keep people coming back and recommending you to others.

Thank you Antoinette for your gentleness and patience in working with drawing blood from my mom today. On previous visits to other locations, the phlebotomist was unable to draw mom's blood. Antoinette patiently warmed up her arm, massaged and tightened the tourniquet until she was able to find a vein. With her patience and gentleness, mom will be able to have her procedure on July 8th. Thank you Antoinette.

The phlebotomist was the best I have ever encountered. I didn't feel the needle at all and she was super quick and efficient. I was in and out in minutes.

My first experience w/Quest.
I would suggest Labcorp. I take blood thinners and was asked by a Dr. to have my INR checked at first opportunity. Quest fit that request. I have been on blood thinners for over 30 years. This was not my first time. I am a very thin, short, 62 year old female. Since I have had knowledge of "butterfly" needles, I have always requested a "butterfly" be used for any and everything. They can not be used in my knowledge for an IV but I have never been told, at least in the last 20 years, "OH, we don't use them for INR blood draws. We are required to use regular needles." That nurse just works there, maybe that is how Quest increases their profit just a tiny bit. Ridiculous. I have my blood drawn hundreds of times a year. Everyone uses a butterfly, especially if requested by the patient. After draw was completed I had to wait in the lobby to request my bandage be changed because the hole in my arm had already filled the gause w/blood to overflow. "Of course," they said she rebandaged it with another piece of gause, doubled this time with two pieces of white tape. Stating she need a compression bandage for this but they don't have that there. The place was running over w/people they had no shortage of business. They are two cheap to have compression bandage? Come on! They have no reception you chk in via a computer. Large corporations suck. Especially health care.

Rhonda is incredible! Had a tricky issue with the order getting sent over from my doctor and she was incredibly patient and helped me through it.

The facility is immaculate, staff very friendly, the technician who did the blood draw was excellent. I didn't even feel the needle prick. Made an appointment but arrived early and was called up within 5 minutes of arriving. Was done very quickly.

They lost my bloodwork. So I have to drive 49 min back to get my blood drawn again. Be careful they mix up lab work with other patients!

They run a little behind on appointments but the couple of times I have been there the staff has all been positive and upbeat.
