I have had the worst experience with PNC as a whole and with this branch. As the executor of my parent's estate, I have been trying to obtain the title to their car that we paid off last year. Due to my parent living in Illinois, PNC kept the title as the lienholder. What should be a simple transaction has been a nightmare. We have been told the wrong information on multiple occasions, that PNC lost the title at one point, and almost a year after the fact, I was informed the original title was sent to my parent's address months after their passing. At that point, we had already informed PNC of my parent's passing and yet they still sent the title to our parent's address. We now have privacy concerns as we sold our parents' home and the title was sent to the new residents of that house.
At the branch, I did not get so much as a "sorry for your loss" and the representative I dealt with did not submit the documentation she said she would, which required me to escalate my concerns to the branch manager. The branch manager told me the title would be mailed to me but upon following up, the title was never mailed or going to be mailed to me.
If this is how PNC treats its customers in this situation, I would not trust them to handle my banking needs. The incompetence, inefficiency, and lack of service are astounding.

Absolutely the WORST BANK AROUND. They refused to give me cash for a withdrawal, then charged me $10 for the check that had to issue instead. Rude, slow, and the next teller over decided to chime in saying her customer wasn’t complaining!

This is the worst bank. Poor customer service. The bank manager does not want to work with people and seems very uninformed about bank procedures. I live in Kirkwood , but now use the PNC in Webster Groves. I used to bank at the PNC in Des Peres, but they were closed down. Des Peres employees gave great customer service. I'm not sure what is going on in the Kirkwood branch, but they need to value their customers.

This branch's mortgage consultant, Luke Kennedy, is a complete piece of trash. He promised me a rate that was in my price range and worked. Then 2 months passed with nothing happening. I had to start all communication and ask everything to be explained. He eventually said the head of mortgages was working on my loan and it was still not approved. I eventually got my CD and it was much worse than my original loan I was quoted. Also, it was 10 days past my original closing day before I got it. Making it too late to shop for another loan. I'm considering not even buying the house to avoid them getting my money. I have been ill treated and toyed with. I abhor Pnc now and have closed my accounts with them. I can't believe I was treated in this way.

Literally the best customer service I've ever received at a bank. Also, complementary coffee and popcorn upon arrival!

The staff at this branch is excellent. They are willing to go above and beyond to address financial concerns. This is my go to branch. Dan and his staff are doing a fine job!
