I’m a male and had to do a #1 really badly. The men’s restroom was locked and occupied for a matter of minutes. The women’s was unlocked and unoccupied. I entered it and stood over the toilet to urinate. I then washed my hands and exited the restroom. It was at this point that a young African American female employee told me that I should not have used that. I explained that I really had to urinate and that was my only option since the men’s was occupied. She proceeded to chastise me further. It’s interesting that the hospitals have unisex restrooms, but God forbid a gas station have one. I understand if it were multiple units and the door didn’t lock, but that was not the case. One toilet, one sink, and one door that locked. I’ve rarely been this humiliated in a situation that the alternative would have been me urinating on the floor. I’m sure she would loved to clean that up.

Horrible experience every time I go there late night. I work late night and every time Brittney is extremely rude. She works in customer service and shows no friendliness to customers. I once was sitting in my car eating after work and she came up and was extremely rude and pressured me to leave. Wasn’t doing anything wrong or bothering anyone. I am a general manager in the food industry and I would never allow my team to act the way she does.

I was harassed and kicked out for “taking to long” while trying to find specific health nutrition facts for my diabetic sister. Needless to say, I am appalled by this type of behavior from this woman. She was rude and ignorant the moment I entered the store, never seen her before but she worked at 11:30pm on 7/30/25. Someone needs to get this in check.

So I went there today for the fill-up and a car wash. The gas machine asked me if I wanted a car wash. I Saud yes and chose the best wash. Pumped my gas and drive over to the car wash and it's temporarily closed. Your pumps shouldn't sell car washes it can't deliver. My review continues on the Crestwood location....

The store was extremely clean like very very clean and I was impressed with the speed in the level of service that I received when I was standing in line they had three cashiers working very very speedy. I really enjoy the way the gas pumps are laid out because they’re easy to get in and out very pleasurable experience five stars out of five.

I use to like this place but I was thrown out today by two older employees. An old white guy with glasses was the issue. I have a California ID and he told me I couldn’t buy cigs unless it was a California driver’s license. I went back today and tried to get help from a lady but I was curious about that supposed law he stated and wanted to know if it was true then he started yelling and said it could be fake. I’m 25 years old and just moved from California. He made me look like a fool in front of everyone all because he didn’t believe my ID was real, he lied to me about a law even tho my ID SCANS. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered and I have never gone thru anything like this I do not recommend this place if you have an out of state ID and need cigarettes and look young

went up there for 2 packs of 4 pods that were 5%. first time they gave me 2 packs of 4 pods that were 2.4%. then i had to drive back and exchange them. they would only take one back which is f****** then they f***** up again. they gave me a singular 2 pack with 5%. they would jot take them back. so i paid 40 for pods that i can't use. they would not give me a refund. a 2 pack is 10 bucks. so we're my other 10? do better. it's f****** i want my money back or different pods. so inconsiderate

This store at 11152 Manchester sucks and management as well too, they let employees do what they want with no consequences from management. Wallis runs the store and they don't do good a investigation either when employees act out

No one has been wearing a mask correctly when I go in. I asked the clerk this morning to please put his mask over his nose. He did for two seconds and then pulled it back down while he was scanning my food on his side of the plexiglass. I'll drive out of my way to go somewhere else from now on. This isn't one isolated incident, it's constant.

Have been here several times and they are not enforcing mask regulations. Customers come and go without masks as they please. Will be taking my money somewhere where they care about their workers’ health and safety
