I frequently take Becky's vinyasa classes and she is truly wonderful! I love the whole vibe at Namaste--its always a friendly, engaging, community of people in class together. Looking forward to many more classes!

I love this yoga studio! I've been practicing yoga for about 12 years and have been to many studios over the years. This is a beautiful space, they have a very welcoming staff, it is very clean and well maintained. I like how they give updates prior to each class and am happy that they are adding more types of classes than just the hot yoga all the time. I definitely recommend trying it - you'll want to go back!

Beautiful studio with excellent instructors. Every instructor I've had here includes modifications for all skill levels and everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace. I highly recommend it.
