“Both my wife and I have used their screen repair service and were extremely happy. I'm a pretty big DIY guy, and the cost for the tools and replacement screen for my phone would have been $230 from ifixit, and the directions looked like a huge pain. It was $40 more for them to do it all for me. Part wasn't in stock but they ordered it and it was in the next day. It was 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Awesome place.”

The very helpful manager was knowledgeable, courteous, personable and was able to help numerous customers who came in after us while we waited for our phones to upgrade and transfer over, while always making sure to check in with us and make sure we were doing ok. It was overall the best experience we have had at a cell phone provider in years.”

“AT&T shipped me a new phone which would not complete the Bluetooth data/set-up data transfer. Rizz worked on the phone for over an hour to figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. She was patient and very courteous, explaining the various trouble shooting steps she was taking. Turns out my third-party VPN was blocking the transfer.”
