Almost every worker I passed by today said hi and was very friendly. (It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!

Went to lumber department to fix a customer trim wasn't to sure if the trim would work...just need foot and half...they don't sell linear feet...but home Depot does....and guess what it wouldn't work...would of spent $25 for a board the I couldn't return because I would of cut the board...Lowe's suck the big one

**Another update
??????????????????
First delivery date it did not make it on truck. Refrigerator number 2 was a totally different refrigerator than what I ordered and now refrigerator number 3 is damaged also. I ordered the fridge in February. The first delivery date it wasn't even put on the truck and then you see what I've been dealing with since then. I can not believe that the quality control is this bad.
*update* the refrigerator that finally made it to our house today was dented. Over $3000 for a item that we waited 6 weeks for and they send one that's damaged. Do not recommend the delivery from there. They do not care.
So disappointed in this store! Order a refrigerator over a month ago and was told we had to wait all this time for a delivery since we need a weekend time, which is fine, we tried to be understanding of that. Well today was the delivery day and all day it said out for delivery, my husband took time off work, and was forced to sit and wait all day only for them to tell him after the delivery time that the company they hired to deliver did not load it and refused to come back and get the refrigerator. Now we have to wait another week for it!! I do not believe they wouldn't load it, I believe the people at lowes dropped the ball and did not have it ready for them to load and realized after they left and the drivers then refused. Whatever the reason they have a terrible time with that department of the store and have so many complaints. It's so frustrating. Do better. A call in morning would have been better then waiting all day for something marked out for delivery!

I want to let you know Derrick is a kind thoughtful employee. I b ad 10 bags of dirt that I was starting to load in my trunk. Derrick offered to help. I said n I because I did not have money to tip him. He said he did not want a tip.He wanted to be nice and assured me he got paid hourly. Derrick is a MN major asset to your store.
