Not sure what changed at this location, but the customer service today was AMAZING. We had 4 different employees ask if we needed help. They were so friendly. The young man who checked us out was so nice. 5 stars for today's team at Kirkwood Lowes!

Everyone I interacted with at this location was friendly and ready to assist and answer questions. Nick and Scotty were especially helpful in resolving an issue. Great staff.

The lady in the paint department could not have been anymore helpful. She convinced me to not go with my original paint choice and go with her suggestion. She was 100% right and I appreciate that kind of honesty. I may just make the extra drive to Kirkwood for now on.
