I have been using Life Media of Kirkwood, MO for almost ten-(10) years. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all.........TRUSTWORTHY!! They are the best! They will do everything than can to solve your issues!

Just a note.... tread with care when going in here. Used to be nice people working here but geez!! Dropped already posted packages. I have left them on counter before but this woman sternly told me to go to big package slot in the front. I hate going in here for anything anymore. They need to lighten up!!! Be happy you have a government job! Smile or something. Not going here ever again and I live in Kirkwood.

I wish it was possible to give this Kirkwood Post Office a negative star. I do not believe that the employees at this location have even the basic understanding of customer service. I can't tell you how many bad experiences I have had. These days I usually frequent the Des Peres Post Office and receive much better service. Today I had to go into the Kirkwood Post Office to complete a mail hold request card. The two lady employees were talking loudly about a previous customer... soooo unprofessional. I asked a man for two vacation hold cards since I have another vacation coming up. He said that I can only have one. It was suggested to go online in the future or go to the Taylor Avenue location. They really seem to go out of their way to not be helpful.

Absolutely terrible - Every. Single. Time. Every time (without exception) I go in there, I have either witnessed the employees fighting with a customer OR I have been on the receiving end of some kind of nasty comment, attitude, or poor example of customer service. After yesterday, I will not only never go back here, I will never ship via the post office. They need a new staff. The things that go on here are so unacceptable.

Omg! The attitude!!! Tracy is a THE WORST employee ever! I have talked to her supervisor and was assured that she would be talked to. Apparently nothing has changed!

I frequent this location because I live close unfortunately I have to say that Tracy is one of the most unpleasant characters I have ever seen work in a customer service position. Please rethink who you use to represent your company during the hiring process.

4.9.19 3:15 pm- Came by to get a passport today and the woman at the front desk (I think her name began with a T or something) was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I didn't make an appointment because I was unaware that I had to, so I was going to ask a couple questions but she cut me off to tell me about how she wouldn't be able to do anything for me. I asked her a simple question, to which she didn't answer, so I asked again. She held up her hand to me telling me to "calm down" even though I was not being rude whatsoever. She shooed me away and then began talking to the person behind me without answering any questions I had. I'm disgusted. She should be fired. No wonder this place has a two star average...

Marshay at the passport desk goes out of her way to be as rude and unhelpful as possible. I am dumbfounded. Avoid this location for any passport service. The Kirkwood library (not the StL county library in Kirkwood) will help you. I'm just speechless at the unnecessary attitude.

I am so disgusted with the mail delivery in Kirkwood. We had a lot of snow so we had no mail delivery on January 11, 12, and 14. I have no idea why we didn't get any mail today. The streets are in good shape so there is no reason why we can't get our mail. I have called the post office on a number of occasions but nothing changes. For 1 week or two we had 2 mail carriers delivering our mail and it was great. I live in a condo and the mail carrier has to go up and down 7 steps for every 6 units. I guess they don't like this, but we need our mail. I keep wondering how much of my mail I never receive. Help!!!

I visited this location recently and was not impressed with the customer service. The location is very convenient but the associates came across harsh, making for a stressful experience.

I've been using this Post Office for the past year and every time I go I regret not going somewhere else. The workers are so rude and disrespectful every time I come in. I've never had a good experience at this post office.

I visit a number of different post offices for work, and this one is my favorite. You take a number when you arrive, and apart from Christmas and lunchtime, they usually aren't too busy. (However, I'm amazed at how impatient some people can be!) Most of the employees are pretty friendly. If you get one with attitude, try to keep in mind that 6 days a week, they deal with a lot of people who have no idea what they are doing with their packages. There is a drop-box inside for packages if you have taken care of your shipping online. This location also has a self-serve kiosk. The blue drive-up mailboxes are located in the parking lot behind the building. Speaking of parking lots, this one can be dangerous. Including the post office, there are a few quick-stop businesses in this little shopping center: Starbucks, a cupcake place, and a barber shop. People are constantly backing out of spaces and flying through the lot. So, use extreme caution.

I visited this Kirkwood location Tues. at 11:30 a.m. The tape was messed up in the dispensing machine. Three people were ahead of me. One clerk at the counter with her head in the computer. She was not helping any customers and would not look up at the group when we were gripping about getting help. I walked out. Not a good experience.

The only thing I can says that is positive about this location is that they have 2 self-service machines. Even if there is no line, I prefer to use the machines because the employees (one in particular that another reviewer mentions below) typically act like they'd rather you not be there at all. Any questions are answered in a short and rude manner.

After an awful and stressful experience I have had at the Crestwood post office, I decided to give this place a try and have never looked back since. The best thing is, they haven't lost any of the packages I've mailed unlike the other post office branch! I've mailed stuff all over the US and even to some remote parts of Norway and every single one of them made it with no issues. The place is fairly organized but can become quite congested at all hours of the day. They have some friendly employees that are pretty easy going and might even make some small talks with you if they're not too busy and of course, the typical "not so nice" ones but overall, I've had a good experience during each visit. You take a number and get in line when you first come in and listen for your number to be called or look at the little display. Otherwise, they have mailing kiosks inside the building. They go through the line fairly quickly unless they have a patron who needs several things. I've always been in and out in 5 minutes or less. The longest time, of course, was due to the fact that I still had to fill out a custom form for an international mail. They were helpful and didn't even make me go through the line again. In summary, it's a smaller post office with a few employees and granted we all love to hate on post offices, this place is actually not so bad and if you are stressed from your experience, you can always run inside the cupcakery and buy yourself a treat or stop by Starbucks and get yourself something nice! Where else can you do that?! Happy mailing!
