Got a quote from Kirkwood for replacement of 5/0 sliding shower doors. Was expecting around $1,500+/-. The quote from Kirkwood was over $5k! This quote was ridiculous! I would never recommend them. Next company called quoted $1300. They did the work and it was a great job with excellent service.

I moved into a house with beautiful original stained glass windows, but the previous owner left only the screens in the 3-track storm windows behind them. Kirkwood Glass was THE ONLY place I found in the St Louis area that would make a single pane glass sash insert for me and was able to custom make the exact size, depth, and silver aluminum color. All for a very affordable price and with a 3-day turn around. Unbelievable service!

Used to be the go to for glass. They are now twice the price of others in st Louis and double installation time. I was sent a quote for 0 dollars and emailed back to get a real price. I was ignored. Service is bad, price is bad, and install time is bad.

Unfortunately I got a chip in my windshield. My insurance company recommended me to Kirkwood glass. I called them the next day. They were very friendly and I showed up the next morning. No appointment necessary. They took my key and a picture of my insurance card. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Amazing. Thank you!
Hopefully not to return anytime soon...but definitely would return there if needed.

The windshield of my Audi was replaced at this place. Phil is a pleasant person to deal with. He promised original dealer glass will be put in place. Job was nicely done. Technician call after 3 hrs for me to pick up the car. I could see this place cares about attention to details.
