Very disappointed. Called them to make a big arrangement for my wife's birthday. I get home from the hospital to see her flowers. There's two roses, one sunflower and very little filler. Very small arrangements for high price. Would never recommend this place to anybody

I always prefer to go with local businesses when possible. Sometimes that means you don’t always have as much selection as you can find online. Kirkwood, proved me wrong! They had so many beautiful options at multiple price points. My lack of planning didn’t matter, Christi (hope I spelled that correctly) was AMAZING. She was helpful and patient and was able to accommodate my last minute delivery needs. Will definitely be back!!!

Specifically chose Kirkwood Florist to support a local establishment. I called to have flowers delivered to a family member yesterday. The flowers were delivered and left on the porch and weren't found until the following day by the recipient. I provided the phone number of the recipient so why weren't they called? It's December. It is not a good time to leave fresh flowers on someone's porch. Very disappointing.

My family has been using Kirkwood Florist for close to 50 years. My Dad passed away recently and Kirkwood Florist did all of the floral arrangements for his celebration of life, this past weekend. When I saw the flowers, I almost cried---they were so incredibly beautiful (as they were for my sister's celebration of life). The manager (Jon) even made a special delivery to our event on a Sunday and placed them on all of the tables. I will always use Kirkwood Florist.They truly are the best!

My Aunt from out of town (Indiana) called this morning and spoke to the kindest person on the phone to place this order. See my Aunt had ordered me flowers to be delivered yesterday from another place for my birthday. They didn’t get delivered. My Aunt remembered about this amazing florist my grandmother used in Kirkwood. So she called them up. She told the florist that she just really wanted to make me smile as it was my 40th birthday. She asked if they could do a smiley face, the florist said yes they could. The florist knowing what a bad experience my Aunt was going through, even texted her a picture before it left the shop. They were purchased right when they opened & they had them delivered to my work by 1:30!!!! Talk about an amazing florist!!!! Thank you for the beautiful work & the extra smile you put on my face!

After the florist in Webster Groves closed, I needed a new florist and I've found it! Kirkwood has been wonderful to work with. Just put in my second delivery order online and needed to chat with someone about it. I called and was greeted with a warm hello! I know that small but goes a long way. They were kind and accommodating to some changes I needed to make. If you haven't been to their location, I recommend stopping by. It's beautiful and creatively inspiring. And their arrangements are perfect! Will continue to use Kirkwood Florist.

This florist was amazing I went there the 9th of August 2023 My daughter was in a horrific car accident and lost her left foot among other things. The staff on the spot made me the most beautiful arrangement no question asked as of today the flowers and roses are still alive which is amazing I highly recommend doing business with them

I called from California to order a last minute delivery (2 days away) this business was helpful and accommodating and my friend truly enjoyed her flowers. They delivered as promised. Exceptional service!

This florist did the flowers for my daughters wedding. When they arrived at the wedding, my daughter the bride could not tell which bouquet was hers. Her bouquet had 4 more flowers than the bridesmaids. It did not look anything like a bridal bouquet. The boutonnières were a huge rose with brown around the petals and 1/2 bloomed. Two of the flowers broke off because they were so big that two groomsmen did not have a flower. By the end of the night the roses had fully bloomed and the petals fell off leaving a stem on several of them. I sent the florist pictures with my complaint and received no call or acknowledgement. They also forgot to bring the toss bouquet so we did not have flowers to throw. These flowers were extremely expensive. I also needed a quote for a wreath of flowers around a small ice sculpture. They quoted me 1500. I ended up getting one at Dierbergs for less than 200 delivery included and the flowers were more fresh and exactly what my daughter had wanted in her arrangements. You only have one special day for your weddings. Unfortunately they cannot be replaced. The only thing I expected was an apology, acknowkedgement or a partial refund for the bouquets and boutineers
