What an awful company make 1 mistake they raise your rates triple what they were then you better not mess up again or they will cancel your entire family. I tried to cancel my insurance with them when they tripled my rates and they kept charging me for 6 months then it took another 2 months to get my money back… do not trust these crooks take your business somewhere else they will rob you blind til the end of time

Do not use! They have increased my premiums now twice within one year! States that costs have gone up. I had one accident last year and it was 100% the other drivers fault. Shortly after, my premium went up. Then I get my premium again & it was increased. How convenient they don’t show it on their statement. Like you won’t notice. Looking for another insurance!

I cannot recommend Kevin Weber State Farm enough! Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to meet my needs and answer all my questions as a first time customer. Even with pandemic restrictions, they were present and available to help. If you’re in the Kirkwood area - definitely check them out!
