I needed a custom ring made for my daughter to replace the ring her deceased Grandma gave her years ago. It was thin and beaten up. Zach was able to take the pictures I sent him and have made the best replica ever possible. There were tears on Christmas morning when she opened the box. Thank you to Zach and the team at Kent Jewelry. You made this experience easy and meaningful. I don't have pictures because my daughter's wearing the ring!

Today I went into Kent Jewelry to have my wedding and engagement ring cut off. After an injury to my finger I could no longer remove them on my own. Sarah at the Kirkwood location could not have been more helpful. She even ran down to the local hardware store to get a different pair of pliers to make the process easier. She was kind and helpful and went above and beyond. We will be back to get them resized.

I had to get my engagement ring resized and needing it back within 2 weeks and they did it so quickly and overnight shipped it to me out of state and they even called me to let me know the ring was heading my way. Really appreciate Kent’s and the work they did to get me my ring quickly!

I had my grandmother’s wedding rings soldered and repaired. The rings turned out beautifully. I trust Kent Jewelry, they are always pleasant yo work with. While I was there I picked up an extremely cute necklace for my daughter’s graduation present, one that she can keep forever.

Andrew and the staff at Kent’s have wasn’t out of their way to provide a custom service experience. I waited literally no time to meet with him and discuss ideas and thoughts on how best to design a classic jewelry piece for my bride. He and the staff answered every question and concern I had. I will continue to do business with them and highly recommend!

Lovely inventory, marvelous service and help.I purchased a beautiful silver chain at a surprisingly reasonable price.Then, when my honey wanted to replace a stainless chain with silver, I went right back to Kent Jewelry and they were able to match the length and even the chain.Super nice people.I will return.
