Lydia, an associate at the store, really needs to work on her customer service. There were three lanes with their lights on. We went to 1 and no one came, so we went to 4 and no one came. Finally, I said where should we go… Lydia.. in lane 2, said I’ll be with you in a minute … but with serious attitude. Then I said you shouldn’t have the lights on if no one can help. Lydia, very rudely said, “I’ll remember that in the future.” She had a chip on her shoulder the whole time… maybe because we were buying so much. At the end she handed me my receipt…. Didn’t say a word… and I said,”You’re welcome.” The whole experience was just weird… she really was quite rude from the moment we approached.

This is one of my favorite locations to shop at in this area. The selection is constantly rotating, and they almost always have holiday decorations that I want to buy. Come early for the decorations, though. Last year, they put Halloween and Christmas stuff out almost 3 months in advance.

Long line. 1 or 2 cashiers. Associates/managers are not very friendly on the sales floor either. No customer service. Only good customer service if with some of the cashiers.

Why do you have an employee named Devon that just stands next the drill when I was trying to buy a rug? It was like he was allergic to the drill. Other than that, this store is amazing!

I feel like everytime we check out we get Vyvonne and I'm really tired of it! She never stops talking and asking questions! She talks over you and ignores your requests because she just doesn't stop talking! I've been to three homegoods today! I know how it works! I have the credit card! Just ring me out! Not to mention the $300 in dishes I bought were so poorly wrapped I was using my own jackets in my car to wrap them! Just shut up! It's like an interrogation when you're with her! I can literally answer every question before she opens her mouth and she will still ask me so many questions or tell me what else I could be doing! Someone get her a sticky piece of candy!
