A clerk at your location was speaking very rudely about a homeless woman who was at bus stop by store. I certainly don't want to do business with your store.and maybe the idea of There by the grace of God go I should be looked at.Shameful!

Nice gently used furniture and decor. Everything is more upscale but at great prices. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

They broke 2 of my pieces and said they were not responsible. To add insult to injury they did not call me to let me know that the two items were damaged. I found out when I went to pick up my check for other items. They said they would pay me the full price for the mirror they broke and did not. I was hopeful that the new owner knew how to run a business. Obviously not.

The Encore Consignment Gallery in Kirkwood has a friendly and helpful staff. The products were okay, just not to our taste, but my wife had a migraine reaction due to a strong nebulizer smell throughout the store. We were told that the team had previously brought this issue to the owner's attention as they have been experiencing headaches, which was disappointing. I recommend visiting the store, but keep in mind the smell issue and take necessary precautions if you are sensitive to it. Take a deep breath before you head in.
