Brandy is amazing!!! she was so nice, understanding and was not pushy whatsoever. it was my first time buying a car by myself, so it was a bit intimidating but she made it a great experience overall! The finance manager Grant is also awesome. i would 10/10 recommend this dealership

Was advised by SERVICE ADVISOR, 8/19/24 to continue to drive car even with coolant sensor warning ‼️ light. Also advised to add a cup of water, however the coolant is not low. I began calling to speak to service advisor 8/26/24 3pm.
I finally was able to speak with same advisor, ANTHONY, this morning after 2 hours of calling constantly and being sent to voicemail. ANTHONY now admitted to Jetta 2022 having multiple issues with the coolant system. Still, he refused to give any options to protect the safety of myself or car, and suggested I call another VW dealership.
I did, and SUNTRUP VW will now be getting all the business. Appointment made within 2 minutes, and I’ll be taking the Jetta for service in the morning.
ADVISE ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, the sales are nice, yes, however it is a bait and switch with SERVICE DEPARTMENT ‼️ ‼️

We had a great experience buying our 2024 Atlas SEL from Nick. As we are about to welcome our third child this fall, it was time to upgrade my CRV. The entire staff at VW helped walk us through the process. We even brought 3 car seats to install in both the bench and buckets to compare the two. We ended up going buckets due to the great access to the third row with the tilt and slide. Start to end it was a great experience and would highly recommend. Thank you, Nick!

I love Dean Team VW in Kirkwood!! Ever since I first drove off my brand new Taos off the showroom floor in 2021, they have always treated me like family and are always immediately available to answer any questions or fix anything that’s ever popped up.
Brandy, the beautiful sales Queen, is the heart of that place. She’s so personable and sweet and goes so above and beyond for her customers. I went to see her today while bringing my Taos in for service and I drove another brand new car off the showroom floor again!
The whole team is so committed and knowledgeable that they make the whole car-buying process a breeze. They are very transparent, honest and reliable. If you’re in the market for a new car I highly highly recommend the Dean Team in Kirkwood! I won’t go anywhere else.
