“Home Sweet Home is an amazing to organization to coordinate a donation to. I wanted to donate my mattress and gave them a bit of tight deadline cause of my move. They were able to pick up my donation within my desired timeframe and communicated with me through every step of the donation process. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff who helped to schedule the pickup and the individuals who helped picked up my donation. “HavenHouse was truly our safe haven when visiting St Louis for a medical appointment. From the start, they were the best. Easy to make the reservation. Answered all questions when I called (and called back and back and back again!). They even called a couple of days before to confirm the reservation.Not only did they provide an affordable room, they treated one adult per room and children under 12 to the buffet breakfast and also gave us, free of charge, one meal (which we had as lunch) and snacks and drinks. To top it off, they allowed us to borrow a microwave and use their freezer! It truly was a saving grace and we wish they were in all states we visit for medical appointments as they made us feel cared for, like we had friends we could ask for help. Cannot thank them or recommend them enough.”
“The staff are incredibly helpful from the minute you walk in. There seems to be a great selection of outdoor camping gear, scout uniform materials, and pinewood derby kits. They are fully stocked! Was nice to browse through the options and read some of the handbooks. Reminds me of when I was back in Boy Scouts!”

Their facility is fantastic with not one, but two very well maintained Steinway grand pianos. The performance space was spacious and comfortable. “Went there to see if I could find some Capri pants, found 2 and also a pair of jeans and pair of slacks. I started looking at shirts ended up getting 4. All together I had 9 pieces of clothing and only spent $38 pretty darn good!! Only one problem they don't have dressing room's so I need to bring one pair of pants back but for the price I don't mind. They have a 14 day return policy!”
“It's a nice Y. However in the free weights area I had to search for clips and smaller weights. There's no rhyme nor reason as the where the weight plates are hung. Things were scattered everywhere.”

“My daughter's gifted me a wood turning class at Craft Alliance for Christmas, one of the best gifts ever. I've been a woodworker since the late 60s. I have an almost full wood shop, and I enjoy my time every minute I'm working there. Turning is something I always wanted to try. Craft Alliance is a modern, clean, safe, facility, and has all the necessary equipment and tools to a plathora of diverse crafts. Our instructor Joy shared her knowledge and expertise with a class of five students with a wide range of expertise in wood. She was able to relate to all students, and from the attached pictures, you can see the success of the class.”
