The customer service was terrible. I asked to use the fitting room for two items, and the employee said no, saying they close in 20 minutes. It would have taken me less than two minutes to try the items on.

Every time I come to this location, I get more and more disappointed. The stock is reduced and has lowered in quality. It's sterile and feels like it's on its last leg. It's deceptively large from the outside, but when you get in, a large partition cuts the store in half. There are a bunch of empty racks behind the partition, which you can see in one of my pictures.
I've been to much better Burlingtons. The one in Brentwood is a good example. You can probably skip this location.

Every time I go to this location I regret it. The line to check out is always long with only one cashier. The store is bare of merchandise and all of the workers seem upset that you're shopping there.

I have found some decent stuff here, clothing, luggage, etc. It’s crazy how much theft they get here, though. In the handful of times I have been here within the past couple months, there was a theft every time. I wish they would hire a security guard, just for the safety of customers and employees. It seems like paying for merchandise here is optional, crazy as that sounds.

Not many options for men. Most items are not in the correct spot. The whole place seems rather messy. Prices are good. Front end Staff is friendly and helpful. Floor staff was not interested in helping, and really unfriendly.

Store is good but employees not work good, they are just pass their time. Lack of activeness, I am not satisfied with costumer services.
