  We were promised to have a point of contact. Obviously it was JUST about the sale. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HELP, you are on your own! This was for a business account.

  Similar to the other reviews, Brentwood Wireless offered to switch us to Sprint; however, we declined. They still proceeded to open new Sprint lines on our account WITHOUT our authorization. Since we need to continue to pay our bill in full to maintain the other Sprint lines, we had to fight to get the extra lines removed, and now have to fight to get a refund. We continue to get the run-around from Sprint corporate and Brentwood Wireless. Truly unethical.
