If you are looking for something other than 12 step AA/NA based recovery I would avoid the Aviary IOP. Group therapy sessions did not seem to be planned out ahead of time. There was little to no agenda. They appeared to be short staffed. I regret spending money on this program.

As a former client I have to say Aviary was a life changing experience. The staff really cared for us and was always willing to help. I learned so much from them. Addiction is a killer. I’m so happy and grateful for my experience there. I’m still sober and living my best life in recovery. I would recommend the Aviary to anyone.

The only thing good about this place is the nurses on staff and the coaches. This place had me so doped up I didn’t know left to right. Not the nurses. Let say if you want to get of 3Prescription medication’s and wanna be on another 11 prescription medication’s it’s a number one place you want to go other than that the nurse practitioner and the doctor need more training to deal with people as it like me I didn’t care to check on me I could’ve died in that place and they didn’t. They wouldn’t even know it’s pretty sad I’m talking about the doctor and the nurse practitioner foods not good the horses you can’t ride don’t get excited about the horses and you can’t ride them. Worst facility have ever detox out of my life.

I absolutely love the staff here. This place truly saved my life. After going through the inpatient (Eolia), I came here. The therapist Kristina is by far one my favorite therapist in the ? world. These people truly care, not to mention they have been there and are in recovery too!!!

Wonderful experience can’t say enough good about the staff and system.I’ve now been sober for 18 months. I don’t even have a desire to use again. I’m involved in helping others stay sober, along with my regular awesome life. While my life isn’t problem free, how I deal with my problems has changed drastically. The Aviary gave me my first set of coping skills for my sobriety tool box. This enabled me to keep open mind and grow in recovery! If you’re ready to change your life and your desire is earnest then your won’t go wrong in choosing the aviary. Bless you and good fortune.Coming to the end of my 4th year of continued sobriety. So glad they handed me the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. The Avíary interrupted the course of my Addiction and AA gave me a real plan to live going forward. Honestly my body and mind were so deteriorated that I could not have done it without a treatment center. They restructured my daily routine and enabled me to stand long enough to make it to a meeting. There is a solution and there is hope.

After finishing my time at the Aviary Recovery Center in Eolia, I wanted to put a routine together and continue my recovery in the IOP program. I was active in the intensive outpatient program for 7 weeks following my residential stay and it was a blessing to be able to continue my education while engaging in group lessons as well as one on one therapy. The staff was terrific! They were attentive, compassionate, and willing to go above and beyond for all of us who struggle with addiction. I am forever grateful for the staff and the wonderful people I met along my road to recovery. Another great thing is the Alumni program where after completing the residential and IOP we can give back to other people in need like we once were. It is a tremendous honor to be able to help in any way I can.

Stay away by all costs. Trust me please. The workers, ceo, therapist, ect do not care about a single person. We had a covid outbreak and not one person co d get a covid text unless you showed symptoms. They treat you like you an inmate and unfortunately, the staff does not have what it takes to keep drama and that alike under bay. Just wait, I’d you do end up going, you won’t have much better if an experience than I had. It is unfortunate that I had to post this but I don’t want anybody to get the wrong idea about this facility.

I would definitely recommend The Aviary to anyone seeking a strong, effective outpatient recovery program. The staff genuinely deeply cares for each and every client on top of providing compassionate expert care and counseling.
