Would give 10 stars if possible. The service team went way above and beyond to accommodate a desperate request. It was our own fault that we lost sight of needing a service checkup with all the associated fluids, filters, etc. We can now leave on an extended road trip knowing our Audi is in tip top shape and ready to roll. THANK YOU… you folks are truly the BEST!!!!!

This was my first time at Audi Kirkwood and it was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and timely with their service work and their lounge area had incredible amenities to make my wait comfortable. I would recommend them 10/10.

Amazing place. I woke up to a dead flat tire. Without an air compressor I had no way to navigate the situation on my own. They were able to send a tech to my house with mobile compressed air tank to refill my tire so I can safely drive to the dealership (less than a mile away). Efficient and trustworthy.

My service experience at Kirkwood Audi was great from the get-go. It was easy to make an appointment. I was greeted immediately and taken care of and. processed right away. Josh and all the other employees that I encountered were very professional proficient and Exceedingly polite. I would definitely recommend services at Kirkwood Audi exchange. Overall very satisfied and they paid attention to every detail..

This was the easiest car buying process I’ve ever had. Jasmin was incredible from the moment we stepped into the dealership. He engaged my 3YO daughter the entire time, showed me both vehicles I was interested in with no pressure, and went above and beyond by driving one to my house for an extended test drive. We spent less than 2 hours at the dealership total between test driving and buying the car. It was so efficient and the team was so knowledgeable. I cannot recommend highly enough!

We recently purchased an Audi SQ8 from Audi Exchange Kirkwood, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff was highly professional, and a special shoutout to Stan, our sales guy, who made the process smooth and enjoyable. This is the second car we've bought from Stan and our fifth car from Audi Kirkwood overall, and every time, the service has been top-notch. Stan goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of, making the car-buying process stress-free. The SQ8 is absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I would highly recommend Audi Exchange Kirkwood to anyone. They consistently provide an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Work with Ryan! Ryan has so much knowledge about Audis, very personable, and honest! As a young person coming in so many other sales men were pushy and not really considerate of the time frame I wanted the car but only what worked best for them. But Ryan was respectable of my time frame and also informed of different options like leasing which I was not too familiar with. He didn’t merely just have on his business hat but a human hat as well! Overall great guy and attentive to detail when it came to my wants and preferences. 11/10 service. And always offering snacks lol.

Audi Exchange Kirkwood is absolutely the best! Employees are very courteous and make you feel welcomed. My Service Advisor, Arman Dzafic, thoroughly explained the Multi-Inspection Form to me. They all went over and above to assist me. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I shall return!
