I get the pleasure of delivering my microgreens here every week to the manager Angie. She is so nice and the staff is always very welcoming, happy, it's a joy to shop. I love the selection of clothes and the store is beautifully curated it's always a pleasure to walk in. Thanks.

Good Store very limited on sizes.
According to the salesperson in the Men’s section. Their supplier doesn’t sale them pants in 30” inseam or any pants longer than 34” inseam. Probably want to go to REI for hiking pants or day to day pants.

Staff was very nice and helpful over the phone. I had issue with online purchase of an item on sale. Staff checked their inventory, and offered to ship to another store closer to me.

Staff here is very friendly and helpful. I love visiting hear to look around. Once in a while I find something I need. I like this store the best of all the other Alpine locations. It is a lot bigger and has more stuff. It is almost like an REI, but better service.

I won’t shop anywhere else! I’m leaving for an extended backpacking trip in four months. I brought in a borrowed backpack and Spencer fit it for me. Then he had me walk around with 15# in it (which is exactly the amount of weight I’m planning to take on my trip). He also explained to me what all the zippers and adjustments were for as well as helped me find other equipment I would need.
Then I went back to buy a pair of shoes. Lucas was extremely knowledgeable! I thought I knew just what shoes I wanted based on reviews. He looked at my feet and knew exactly what kind of shoes I should buy. He measured me and fit me In the shoes I wanted to buy and had me walk around the store in them. Then he had me try on a different shoe (at the same price) that apparently accommodated foot much better. It was like walking on air!
I feel very confident that I won’t have any trouble in the trail runners he helped me purchase. On top of that, everything in the store was 20% off! I had a great experience and plan to stop back in when I figure out what else I need for my trip.

I love this place. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is amazing. I loved the personal thank you note I got in the mail a few days later. Forget REI this is the only place to shop for high quality outdoor equipments.

The Alpine Shop is a top shelf operation. Last year they custom fitted my ski boots and they were perfect. Their customer service is fabulous and they go the extra mile. I wouldn't go anywhere else for outdoor gear.

Such great customer service here. A person at REI recommended I come to the alpine shop and I’m really happy they did. Got some last minute ski trip items and I’m feeling really good about my purchase!

The level of service we received was second to none. As skiers with a son who is into snowboarding we are somewhat clueless and recently Logan spent so much time helping us understand everything we needed and making sure we left knowledgeable! We had so many questions and he took his time with us and we now have such a better understanding of the gear! Very grateful!

This place has the best customer service ever. I walked in knowing little to none about buying skis, and left with more knowledge than I realized possible about skis, boots, poles, etc. Great place to buy your gear with even better staff.
