While in line waiting to check out I noticed that the blackberries I selected had visible mold. I attempted multiple times to notify an attendant, who finally acknowledged me but responded by rolling her eyes, snatching the container from my hand, and walking away without addressing the issue. When I checked for a replacement, I found several other containers also contained mold. I reported this to the cashier, Lisa, and also expressed concern about the rude behavior and lack of attention to food safety from the attendant.
The attendant is an older white woman with dark blonde hair, I was not able to get her name at the time of my visit.
I have also submitted a report online .

Prices and low and the shelves are stocked but there is always a line to check out and never more than half of the registers are open. If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the location for you

I love also great prices. Mostly great food. However I do have a complaint. The Blue bag of Kirkwood Crispy Chicken Strips. Normally we love them and get 2 bags when we shop. However the quality of Kirkwood has Gone down the tubes. Most of the bag is not chicken stips.ost of the bag is the random small fried dough. I'm paying $8 bag to get chicken strips. Not fried breading. These used to be great and have long big chunky pieces of chicken. I'm not sure what happened but it is annoying to plan a dinner. Chicken and a side or the chicken on the salad. But not getting any real chicken. Upsetting

ALDI is my favorite grocery store. I am a regular customer of the one on Kirkwood Road. I have a request from the management....PLEASE CONSIDER GRANTING YOUR REGULAR CLIENTS REWARD POINTS.

Clean & organized, with lots of merchandise. I ran in for sunscreen & fruit. I was very pleased with all of the offerings available. I'll be returning because I saw quite a few things that I would like to purchase when I have more time.

My cashier today was Angela. Not sure why she was so angry today. I asked “are the bags all the same size” the hateful response followed by her throwing the items in the basket was a bit uncalled for. Sorry for your bad day Aldi’s Angry Angela.

This is no different than any other Aldi. You can expect great prices, and like every other Aldi, this one seems to stock stuff that others don't. If you come here late, don't expect to find what you need, especially if you are looking for meat.They've converted many of the checkout lanes into self checkout, and many times, they have 0-1 employees up there.I'm not sure what they are doing to comply with Alcohol laws. Today, I purchased a bottle of wine, and it didn't make me wait for an employee to card me.
