Absolutely Horrible Experience!!! And on top of that when you go to call them they never return a call back. And the lady that's in that place locks up so many phones that's its not even funny then the customer has to start completely over with everything because she never listened to what customers try and tell her at all.

Cameron and Daniel were extremely helpful in making the transition to Verizon a great experience! Anjelica was kind enough to provide a water for me and also helped with the transfers. It was a true team effort and they got us in and out in record time.

I’ve only dealt with this location recently and all three of the employees that helped me were fantastic, I stopped in and asked Cameron some questions about upgrading my device and he was more than helpful, even though we came in later he was very patient and answered every question I had and made everything very clear. We also asked him about any bonuses as far as adding a line. I got my phone ordered with him and paid off my old phone, and he was fantastic. The next day I called the location and talked to Troy to ask him some questions in regards to adding the new line and again he was very helpful, I even called back later and hopped right into the prior conversation we were having, and apologized for assuming he’d remember me, and he remembered exactly where we were in our conversation. Then two days later, Anjelika helped me out. (sorry to her as I’m certain I botched her name) My new iPhone 15 came in and she was very helpful, we had a few issues with my screen time passcode but she worked around it no issue, she helped me pick out a low end phone case for my phone and we had a great conversation the whole time my data was transferring from one phone to the other, made sure everything was set perfectly on my new phone before wiping the old one. Everyone in this store has been absolutely fantastic to work with, great staff they have here at this location! I will definitely be back!
