We just recently moved to Kirksville and needed to change cell carriers for the entire family. Robert from the south Kirksville store was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and accommodating it took both my wife and I by surprise. We are not use to that high level of customer service, not to mention, Robert was just a great salesman and phone tech. I can't say enough good about the entire experience.

Terribly slow! Only one person working. I went here since the other location had 4 people waiting, and this store had 1 person that was currently being looked at, and we waited 1 hour only to leave again since we were respectful that there closing time was going to be in 5 minutes. As a side note, the worker that was on staff mentioned it was her last week, which seemed like a really good thing!

Robert and Mark at the South US Cellular Store were absolutely awesome in helping me select the right cell phone! I was so undecided on which phone I wanted and they took time to explain the difference in select phones that was right for my needs. Thank you for your time! I stopped by earlier this week to setup a new phone and given the pleasure of working with Tristan to do so. Knowledgeable and quick on his feet getting things done with no error. Highly recommend doing business with him and Atlantic Wireless.Today, the experience exceeded expectations as well. Tristan offered me a sweet deal on trade in on my old phone - brought some nice accessories to the table and I walked out more geared up than I came in that’s for sure! I agree with a previous reviewer, I vote yes on 10 stars - Tristan and Atlantic Wireless has earned it!

Went in to get a new phone and Renee was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and I was outta there in 15 to 20 minutes fastest I've ever been in and out of a cellular provider. Great Job!!
