I spent several hundred dollars to upgrade my phone. Left thinking all was good. 2 hours later my phone is locked and not able to be used. I returned to the store to be told I have to call Apple and they can't help me! I now remember why I don't use this store. Their customer service sucks!!!!

Stupid people I got a WiFi transmitter from them the salesman said it’s $350 for the box and $50 per month now I got a bill for $ 758 and here there’s all kinds of extra bills they add on they never told me about. Just saying they’re cheats and frauds they will ream you across if you don’t know everything about them worst people and phone company I ever worked with

My Mom called into this store about extra charges that keep getting added to the bill and the male worker that “assisted” her was the most disrespectful person to her! She called me in tears because of how degrading he was towards her and did not help her! I don’t recommend going to this store if that’s the kind of service they give people.

Great local store but the connection just isn't good since the 5G upgrade for rural customers and its a problem that corporate refuses to address. Service is fine in Kirksville but just 13min N and data drops like a stone. I'm sitting in my driveway (4 bars) but if I turn off wifi, most of the apps will not load up. Every other customer I know has the same problem, even with new phones. That's pretty pathetic. They are a decent company, but I'm literally paying for something I'm not getting at this point.

My personal review for this location from management to employee's they are not worth the money and frustration they lie for one . Phone service doesn't work everywhere! !Us cellular lost me as a customer when a customer paid the money our service should work !The phone should work! !!!!!!!!!!! I'm out 150 dollars on a phone alone !Customers thinking about dealing with us cellular you might consider a different company
