These people were a breath of fresh air! We felt so lucky to have them treat us fairly. We were helping our son get moved in. We only had a few days in town. Troy Mills found an opening in their schedule to take care of us and fixed our son’s car troubles quickly and cost effectively. This was one of the best car repair experiences ever for us.

I was greeted by friendly staff and the technicians were efficient and expedient. I had a air filter that was plugged up. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis either. I will certainly remember them in future.

I had an issue with the clutch on my car. I thought it was master/slave cylinder and was prepared. They were truthful and told me it was just the clutch line and charged me appropriately for it, fantastic service, quick time to get serviced, and honest workers. Don’t get much better than that

Took it there assuming my wheel bearing was bad, was told the pitman need replaced. Got it back and absolutely nothing had changed on itsince they just adjusted it after telling me they were having trouble getting it off. The second time I took it in they told me it was the ball joints and control arm that needed replaced and said they had their apprentice work on it the first time and didn’t double check the work, well long story short and I’d say $600 later nothings changed.

I went in originally to have an alignment done, possibly new tires, and a loud noise in the rear. Upon inspection before alignment they told me my rear differential was making the loud noise in the rear of the vehicle. Evidently a common issue on my 13 Ford Escape. Also, to fix a problem with the rear alignment I'd need adjustable camber control arms, also a common problem with my Escape. The rear brake pads and rotors needed attention also. I fixed the couple of small things and pondered the high cost of tires and differential.I ended up having them do the tires and differential and went with a used one due to new ones being on backorder. After the service was completed, I just didn't think something sounded right in the front and rear. They were very patient with me and agreed that the used differential was making a noise and the gentleman was convinced my driver side wheel bearing was causing the noise in the front even though I wanted to believe it was the new tires. I didn't want to believe it was the bearing since I changed the front wheel bearings 10 months before.Anyway, I drove the vehicle back home and made some hard turns and supposed he was correct. I replaced the bearing and the noise in the front went away. The warranty differential came in and they got it replaced quickly. Now the vehicle is quiet and pleasant to drive.I appreciated their honesty, patience, and expert opinions even when I didn't want to believe the bearing was faulty. Spent a lot getting all this fixed picked car up thinking everything would be fine and normal to randomly car overheating which was weird right. But I just spent what I had to fix it so I couldn't go back and get it looked at again. Come to find out I had zero I mean zero fluid in my van no coolant whatsoever. So I put some in temporarily and bought a thermostat that I probably didn't need anyways but oh well and did a coolant flush myself at home and replaced thermostat myself with no more engine light on no more overheating no issues. I trusted this place to do a good job and do it right. And I believe they purposely didn't fill it back up idk how you forget to do that when it's in the labor. I don't have the money or proof to fight this cause I left before I checked anything like any normal person would do but I'll leave a review instead. Everything else they fixed fine just left the coolant out my van. But thanks anyways for what ya did do.Just advising people to be careful about this place. Absolutely will never be going back just cause I'm a woman don't mean I'm stupid. Wish I had the tools to do more of my own work at home for this reason.
