A knowledgeable and helpful customer service agent offered me a friendly greeting when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I didn't know which tool I needed, so it was nice that someone offered to help. The agent quickly helped me find the two items I needed and also offered to install my front license plate for me. I'll definitely return to Tractor Supply for my hardware store needs in the future.?

Shop here often for horse feed and supplies. Have consistently received great customer service. Usually they have to get my bags of feed for me and then load them in my vehicle which they always do willingly. Highly recommend this store.
