Worst customer service ever. I bought a monthly premium package I went 16 times and always the same thing,fender wells not cleaned as well as door handles and running boards an on going issue with this place .I have pictures of all washes before and after. Today I told the manager please wash fender wells good and running boards. Pulled in the vacuum bay to inspect and fender wells and running board no change went back through the car wash talked to the manager he quoted can’t get it any better grabbed the mud off the running board threw it which made a bigger mess then he said your membership is cancelled leave. Up date I called the main office to cancel the wash card, I purchased it on 2/13/2024 they charged me for another month and won’t refund my money my previous wash was for a month today is one month , yet they charge me for another month after I cancel and there manager said he would refund my money and told me to leave. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!! They took my money and refuse to return it . Read the reviews from the other washes they own same thing a rip off ! All the pictures are of the same truck after the wash in vacuum area. UPDATE !!! I went across the street to the car wash on 3/21/2024 and washed my truck through another local automatic car wash, my truck came out clean no dirt in the fender wells , running boards and chrome was clean I took pictures,I will add them to this review they are the last 7 pictures posted.I have got zero resolution from Tidal wave spa I have not used it since 3/13/204 will never be back . Tidal wave is lazy, incompetent, rude and a rip off! 4-18-24 . I noticed clear coat peeling off on my Ford Oem hard shell cover that I believe is a result of the brushes from the wash the peeling is on both front corners and couple spots on the sides. Last four pictures is of damage, it’s to uniform on both sides to be normal wear or age ,bottom line no way a factory paint job will be pealing in 4 years.I wonder why the update in equipment already is it because of the multiple issues with damage? I have joined a class action lawsuit against Tidal wave spa for damages to my truck this wash ruined the clear coat on my hard cover for my pickup box as well as scratches on the side of the bed below the box cover ! Beware they won’t even respond to the BBB!

I've now been to this car wash twice. First time I had to be run through twice just to get normal road dust off and it still wasn't great. This time, after young man tried to upsell me, I explained I was giving it one more try, you know, to see if I was actually going to get a clean car. The guys scrubbed well, sent me through a car wash that wasn't turned on ( as well as everyone else behind me). I pulled back around, he looked at my car and asked what I thought. Anyway, I left, cause I didn't have time for 30 minute car wash. So, I've paid 42 to get a meh wash first time, and no wash 2nd time. I guess I'll just drive really fast next time it rains, throw 20 bucks into the ditch, and call it a day

We were in Kirksville on 4/29 to get a few items. While we were there we decided to get a car wash. We paid $30. for a single car wash. They tried to push us to get the monthly club. Since we live 40 miles away and only go to Kirksville maybe 5 times a year, we declined. They charged us now for another $49.95 monthly fee. They will not refund because we did not cancel before the charge. Hard to cancel what you don't know. seems predatory and dishonest to me. won't go back. don't recommend.

The car wash is a really cool experience, but the thing I found the most useful are their super powerful vacuums, cloths, and spray. I detailed my car using their equipment and a mechanical pencil I had with me. Pretty darn clean for the stuff they had.

If I could give ZERO stars I would do that, I will start this off with the regular workers at this site are good hard working people. My problem is not with them every time I've been to this establishment which I was a member of they were always very professional, courteous folks. My major problem is with the equipment used mainly the brushes that do the rims and tire scrub and now the site manager who says one thing but does another, he knows better than I do, he is 100% wrong here and he knows better than I do that the damage done to my rims came from those brushes. Folks, In my profession I deal with alot people who stretch the truth. I would've never thought this site manager would fit in that category but boy was I wrong, but that's okay I made a mental note on it and I will not be returning to this car wash. Long story short the brushes that engage with the tires & rims put severe scratches on my brand new SUV rims, I brought it to their attention and the site manager was in agreement to make it right and replace my rims, then all of a sudden decides not to. FOLKS LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE'S CLOSELY ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE BLACK RIMS. In my particular case the traps were not cleaned out as well because it was towards the end of the day and they'll just keep running vehicles in the wash tunnel because it's all about the money and if they cause damage to your vehicle they could care less. DO NOT take your vehicle here, it will get scratched up..... Lesson learned for me.

Great customer service from Zach! My husband went 'mudding' in his truck by accident and had quite a bit of mud and dirt down the sides, on the running boards and in the wheel wells. The workers did their best to clean what they could off before we went through, but after coming out of the wash, there were streaks of dirt all down the sides and some mud still on the running boards and wheel wells. Because we were not satisfied with the initial wash, Zach ran us through the wash again -- for free, we are not monthly members. All in all after the second wash, the truck was about 85-90% better than it was when we first went through. Given how bad the truck was to start with, we weren't expecting it to be perfect after, but we were more than satisfied with how good it washed up. Thank you for the great customer service and for allowing us to run the truck back through a second time until we were satisfied with the result.

Love that I can use the free towels and cleaner to do some fine detailing of my car after a wash! Hardest spot to get clean with the wash is under the back glass fin, but they try to spray there in the pre-wash to help with that - I always have to wipe some extra dirt off from that area after a wash no matter which car wash I go to - just a typical place that is hard to get perfectly clean. Otherwise, my car always looks great afterwards!

Been a member since opening in Kirksville. Nothing gets people to turn their head to my vehicle on the streets like a wash from Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Great service and they have the best staff!

Came just expecting a car wash (which they delivered on, my vehicle hasn’t been that clean since I drove it off the lot) and was met with customer service that exceeded my expectations. I don’t remember her name but the blond girl was very helpful when explaining exactly what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. Will 100% be returning thanks to a variety of factors.
