I have been in The Golden Ruler just a hand full of times - usually, I just drop off my package to be shipped and leave.Today, I had a package that was shipped to the wrong address via FedEx and the correction label was for UPS. I did not have a legal sized UPS envelope, so, I walked into the Golden Ruler hoping they could help.AMAZING customer service. They didn't just have the envelope I needed, they even repackaged my contents into the new envelope and put the label on, and sealed it.Kindness - it's so easy to recognize, but it's become so rare -- the Golden Ruler still has it!

Used my copyrighted photo on their social media and when I requested the remove it, they shared a screenshot of my message/request as a way for their social media fans to react, comment and harass me. Not the classiest business or people I've dealt with.
