Waxing room Strange.. there is a bed in there and dirty shoes... waving station not clean I loved the way my brows turned out and the nail salon was clean but waxing room is a gross mess... very unsanitary and she put the stick to wax my daughters brows in her mouth

Did a terrible job on my nails. Acted like he was in a hurry and cut several of my cuticles to where they bled. Left very unsatisfied and will NEVER go back. He was worried about other customers the whole time he was doing my nails and was not paying attention. Not happy at all with the results.

Absolutely the worst experience i have had with a nail salon.Chunks of acrylic under polish and hairs on each nail under polish.My right hand has all crooked nails.Made my finger bleed.She rushed and did not do good.

The lady messed up my nails. Had a gel polish and my little toes polish came off within a week. And she was very rough with my feet

Only giving one star because you have to. One man gave 4 people pedicures in the time frame that I’m used to it taking for just myself. Barely worked on our feet at all. We all left feeling like we still needed to get pedicures. He never changed his gloves in between clients, and I watched him drain the bowls and just rinse them out. No sanitation at all. We will never go there again. Only good thing I have to say is that he was a very friendly man.

I took my step daughter in for a double mani / pedi and we had a horrible experience. I can honestly say that I will not be going back to them in the future! I definitely over paid for the horrible job they did on our nails! Definitely not happy!
