They usually manage to fill my prescriptions on time. However, you should beware that if your medication is lifesaving and expensive they will make you manually request a refill in advance. Even then they sometimes drop the ball and I can't even count how close I was to missing a dose because of their failure to refill. I currently can't drive for four days as they failed to fill my regular prescription and I had to be put on emergency antiseizure medication (makes you drowsy). They have never really expressed concern or gone above and beyond to make sure I had my medication on time. In fact, I was usually made to feel like it was my fault for failing to tell my pharmacy to fill my medication (which is their actual job). Rider is a good option if your medications are not particularly important or expensive. Otherwise, it's better to go somewhere else.
