I was offered to sign up for the Marshalls rewards system believing that it was just that. Instead, I was unknowingly signed up for a credit card. It felt like I was tricked into it. They were not clear about what the system entailed and did not imply that it was for a credit card whatsoever. I went back in the store to cancel the card and they told me they weren’t able to cancel it because “our phones don’t dial out.” So, they handed me a slip of paper with a different phone number and sent me on my way. When I called the number, they asked me multiple times: “are you sure you want to cancel?” and followed the statement up with all the “great benefits” it offers… Not a fun experience :(

The only place in Kirksville to find a wide assortment of quality skincare and makeup. I'm usually not one to spend frivolously, but always find useful and unique things here including some of my favorite discounted high end purchases.

Nice store, especially in a small town. Clean and well-lit. Convenient location and plenty of parking. Employees are helpful and the check-out line is usually not too long. Just wish they were bigger!
