Only left one star because you have to in order to leave a review. We got a brake job done at a different garage. When we went to pick the car up all the bells and whistles were going off so we left the car there. Next day we took the car to Toyota in Kirksville Missouri. It is a 2022 Toyota Corolla hybrid. All we had done was the brakes at this other garage should’ve been a simple fix. Kirksville called us the next day and said it was going to cost us $7000 to fix our car that the master cylinder to the brakes was shot. Livid we picked the car up did not get it fixed there and took it to a different garage. Today we got the phone call our car fixed $214. Beyond angry and mad that they were trying to rip us off unbelievable. They were also supposed to look at the trunk which will not stay closed and the poor gas mileage that went from 50 miles per gallon to 30 miles per gallon. The mechanic said the trunk closes just fine and the poor gas mileage was my husband‘s poor, driving habits, the trunk does not close fine while following him to bring the car home the trunk just pops open for no reason and the poor gas mileage. We still don’t know. Hopefully it’s the brake issue bottom line don’t take your car to Kirksville Toyota to get it fixed worst service and treat you like you’re an idiot and don’t know what you’re talking about. FYI Kirksville there was nothing wrong with the Master Cylinder. The brakes only needed
Calibrating.

Shopped for months to find a dealership that wasn't charging more than MSRP. We found one here and purchased our 2023 4Runner TRD Premium. Thanks for not being greedy and taking advantage of people. Well worth the two hour drive from St. Joseph MO.

It took over 2. 1/2 hours for an oil change vacuum my car out and wash it. They charged me $25 for the vacuum and wash. I thought they took way to long Next time I will wash my own car and vacuum it and go elsewhere for an oil change. Not very satisfied with my service.

I easily made my appointment, was greeted upon arrival and was able to arrange for a call to let me know when the work was complete. The tech was friendly and was pulling in my vehicle as I was getting into my shuttle ride. I received a call within the hour of dropping off my vehicle. When I arrived for pick up, my car was ready and waiting for me after a quick check out. Thank you.

I experienced a midlife crisis and purchased a beautiful Ford Mustang through the dealership. I'm so thankful for their Exchange Program!! I liked the car but soon realized it was not practical for my needs. I was still within the return window so I contacted Kaden, my salesman. Kaden offered his support and told me he did not want me in the vehicle if I was having second thoughts. Kaden then worked with me to find the vehicle that was perfect for me. I decided to purchase a GMC Sierra pickup. I love the truck and have nothing but great things to say about Kirksville Motor Company and their staff.Thanks!!!

2015 encore: Went in for emissions check engine light. They smoked the system said it needed a pcv valve hose intake boot and valve cover gasket. Had them replace them. Got car back from them drove to Walmart light came back on. Went back they took it back in smoked it again(after they said they done it prior to us taking the car) and now the intake manifold was warped really bad but was missed prior by the tech she said. So we replaced that. And still have the same issues. Now saying it’s the pcv valve is bad. Ended up pulling car from there. Done spending money for it not to be fixed, we’ll be going else where from now on. After almost 2 weeks and $1100 almost and the car still runs the same as it did when we took it there. Waste of time and money. Should have went elsewhere.
