This was a great experience!! Working with people (Shelby Hubbard) that had great knowledge of cars but the customer service was top notch too. I never expected to leave with my 2015 GMC Terrain that day but Shelby got it done with a smile on her face and a severely sprained ankle. Im very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend going here first. You will be happy you did. They know how to treat their customers. Oh! And Shelby texted me after a month to wish me a happy months Anniversary too! So ya they are great!!!

going to make this short. the car pull to the right and left on each side of the road. had it checked out. cost me at first but got money back after complaining. the car was checked out many times was told by people that the car drive this way and I would have to deal with it. at the last check to fix the problem was told that they could do no more adjustment the it would wear out the tires. so know I have to drive a car that is un safe to drive. it is bad that a car company would put customer life in danger.

I went in to your dealership last week because my headlight was out. I asked how much it was going to be to put a bulb in. The man told me 75.00. My husband and I said, no, no, we just had the other one fixed a couple of months ago and it was only around 25.00. Anyway, we left and I am so disappointed because we recently moved to the area and I was excited to have a dealership close by that we could go to for all of our needs. Needless to say, we won't be back. We don't deal with people who try to gouge their customers like that! Like I said, more disappointed than angry.

I received a ad that I might be able to trade my 2008 truck for a new 2016 or 2017 without increasing my monthly payments. I soon found out this was not true they couldn't come within 200.00 of my payment. We have purchased 2 trucks with this company previously. I called and ask to speak to the manager three times, left two voice mails, guess he doesn't want to talk to me. Hector the ad man sure didn't when I ask him for help. This isn't how new or returning customers are to be treated. My how this business has changed, they must be doing great not to need returning happy customers. I was very disappointed. Looking for new truck now, any suggestions where to buy?
