This place was very disappointing, my nails look awful, almost like a 12 year old did them. they didn't fill them. my French tip, is a 3/4 tip. p.s. would've put 0 stars if I could. not worth your Money.

I walked in no one greeted me until I gave the first person to look at me w/ a dare stare. And ask what service did I need I said a pedicure! When I looked over there was no plastic in the foot tub, and ask why they didn’t have any? They replied we don’t do that here we clean it after each person that gets done. I asked how do yall clean she sprayed some type of chemical and wiped it down and said it’s clean… I told her that’s not the proper way of cleaning it, and yall can cause someone to get nail fungus she told me if i didn’t like it go somewhere else and immediately I left the establishment. I will be calling osha to report this

Somewhere they have lost the customer service. Last two times- two different technicians each was rough with the pedicare- shoves feet, cuts nails too short. Dipped nails beautiful color but again shoves hands and nails not even. There is no softness they don't ask is this okay or how short would you like it. I hoped last time was a fluke but after today I will wait and go to kc. Hate this because I prefer to support local businesses.

I am so disappointed. I work in a dental office and asked for short nails and the guy wouldn’t go shorter than this and did not round out the edges so now I have to go get them removed as I would like to not stab my patients in the mouth with these nails. In addition half of them are crooked and when I told him I was concerned about this bc I’m getting proposed to, he said it looked fine and had an attitude. If someone doesn’t like the appearance, you should change it without your input. This was a terrible experience.

Girlfriend asked for matte black sharp nails. They proceeded to do coffin shaped, and when confronted they not only denied a fix, they blamed us. Complete disrespect for their clients. Will not be coming back.

i asked for matte black sharp nails and showed an example. tommy didn't do the sharp nails, they're flat and when my bf tried to correct him, he said they couldn't be fixed and blamed me for "not telling him" and had his coworker gang up on us. after bringing this up, tommy got more aggressive with how he was handling my nails and was extremely rough. after they were done he charged me $46 when the sign said they should only be $36. he also did not speak to me unless he had to and was overall very rude and unprofessional and im highly dissatisfied and disappointed as these were supposed to be my birthday nails.

Pedicure for a child, removed old gel added new gel polish, was over $70! Crazy. Prices are too high and, though they have a price chart, it’s always higher than listed.
