The most unprofessional pharmacy ever! Never have enough meds. Forget to mail partials. Not helpful, leavening you on hold forever. Why? 5yrs I've been trying to work with these people.

The pharmacy constantly messes up orders. Sends recordings saying meds are ready when all are not. They make it where you have to go to the pharmacy 4 or 5 times a month on the same meds you've taken for 14 months. They don't call the doctor's office for refill orders. Tonight 4 people had issues at the same time we did. You can't get your medicine before you run out for 2 or 3 days late. Being on heart and blood thinners plus a pain med that must stay in your system or cause serious issues has gotten way out of control. Changing pharmacies. They screw up every month and I'm done.

I appreciate the pharmacy for accuracy but they've needed more pharmacists for awhile. Waiting over an hour on a simple Z-pack is a bit much. May have to move.

Usually I have great service even when it’s busy. But there has been one experience that makes me nervous to go there. I’m transitioning and need to purchase syringes. Once when purchasing more I was scoffed at for saying I had run out, and then when she came back she had given me a pack of insulin needles, which are both the wrong length and gauge, and didn’t given me a chance to even look before stapling the bag closed and telling me to insert my card. I ended up getting home and not being able to take my medication because of it.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the slowest place I have ever been to I waited for 2 hours just for 2 bottles of medicine to be filled. I have had this issue every time I come here and I know it is not because they are short staffed.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy for 3 days now. No one will answer the phone. It’s getting super irritating. Don’t go here it’s not worth it. Try Walmart they actually answer the phone.Edit: So I actually got through after calling 10 times so do whatever you want with that information

Never had any issues. Friendly and helpful staff. Meds are ready when they say. Love the reminders to refill.

Shorted controlled substances more than once, and called a liar by staff...but thankfully they were able to verify with counts. Still, after being told what I said was "impossible" by more than one staff person, I'm changing pharmacies. Can't be this rude with Walgreens across the street.

Love this place, restaurant, pharmacy, people are just super helpful, do wish they carried ground sirlon though, eaten in the restaurant about 4 times just super nice and close to house, everyone that works there is just like super customer service. They might be a little more expensive than Walmart, but that is okay, super friendly, super clean, nice bathrooms, just love HyVee's cannot say enough good about them
