“Great customer service from Zach! My husband went 'mudding' in his truck by accident and had quite a bit of mud and dirt down the sides, on the running boards and in the wheel wells. The workers did their best to clean what they could off before we went through, but after coming out of the wash, there were streaks of dirt all down the sides and some mud still on the running boards and wheel wells. Because we were not satisfied with the initial wash, Zach ran us through the wash again -- for free, we are not monthly members. All in all after the second wash, the truck was about 85-90% better than it was when we first went through. Given how bad the truck was to start with, we weren't expecting it to be perfect after, but we were more than satisfied with how good it washed up. Thank you for the great customer service and for allowing us to run the truck back through a second time until we were satisfied with the result.”
