I had been having issues trying to get answers about my bill. I couldn't get a reason for why my bill(s) were so much higher than before. Talking to people that can not understand you and vice versa is a huge waste of time and very frustrating.Thank you Diane for answering my questions and helping me to understand what exactly is going on with my bills from Adapt.The Kirksville, Missouri office is always ready to help and make things as right as possible.
