Jacob was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Explained the equipment and fitted the headgear ,and answered any questions I had. Excellent representative.Would recommend him and AeroCare Home Medical, and Adapt Health to others.

Pre call and arrived timely and was quick, reaponsive, and asked if we needed any additional questions or any other help. Would appreciate technician wearing a badge to help identify them upon arrival to front door.
