Pump card readers haven't been working for months now. With no intentions of fixing. Do yourself a favor, and just skip past this gas station because there won't be anything quick about the stop.

Today, I went in on lunch break. The cashiers brother was at register. Made his purchase, then stepped aside. Another guy was in front of me. He got his stuff, and the brother of the cashier jumped in front of me and stated he forgot to get Fireball. I said, "Excuse me," and there went the cussing match. Brother called me a B word, and f-bombs were thrown. Cashier never told his brother this lady was next or don't talk to other customers like that.....nothing. (I did NOT take this lightly, and I was not polite at this point) I got my cigs and left. Advised I will report to manager. After I got home, I realized I didn't get male cashiers name. Called a couple of times to ask his name. He started to make phone static sounds and wouldn't give me his name. My husband called and asked if this was a gas station on Elm, and the cashier heard that, but when he asked for his name, the static started again. Never got a name. My daughter called 3 times, and he continued with the static phone game and would never give his name. I drove back up there and politely asked his name, and he refused to give it to me. He said he didn't have to give me his name, so I took a picture of him, and that set him off. The yelling match started. He didn't want to give a name so I could report him and his brother so I took a picture to show the manager on Monday. I use this station a lot as it is very close, but I refuse to be called b words and get cussed out by his brother for cutting in line, and cashier doesn't stand up for their customers. If this doesn't get fixed, I will never go back and make sure I tell everyone the customer service this Shell station allows from their employees. FYI- this is the 1st time I'd seen this cashier. All other cashiers I've dealt with at this gas station have always been polite, kind, and professional. 1 bad apple can ruin a whole bussel. Terrible experience!!!

I stop in here 4 or 5 times a week and the employees are too lazy to put receipt paper in the pumps so you have to go in to get your receipt for fuel. Not a very fast stop if you're in a hurry.

The station is pretty run down overall. Shell Rewards don't always work at the pump. Gas is too often higher than other stations within 10 to 20 miles. It's right down the road from me and convenient but as it is I am intentional about getting gas elsewhere whenever possible due to the issues above. *As an edit to the Shell reply. I definitely wasn't making an allegation of price gouging. Just generally the price here is more than some other stations in the area such as the Shell in OGMO. Mostly dissatisfied with the inconsistent rewards at the pump and/or frequent pumps with problems.
