Even thought it's located in a shopping center I still go to the Post Office to ship everything. The people here do a great job. I do feel sorry for them I guess most of these business don't know how to use a large font most time I can't even make out the address on a package and it's my address.

Had issues with mail not getting forwarded correctly from a PO Box in California. Justin at the Kimberling City post office, went above and beyond to help me. He made phone calls to other people in different post offices to determine what the problem was. I am happy to say we, here in Kimberling City, MO, have a post office that cares. And in today's world when government agencies can be so impersonal, it is so good to find someone like Justin that can stop what he is doing to get involved and actually help someone. Thank you Justin!

We went to the usps to ship some of our business packages while on vacation and very impressed with the staff! Very attentive and caring and was willing to help us with any of are questions.

We had a package miss delivered. The postmaster himself came out to our codo complex and found it in another person's mailbox. Evidently the mailbox labels were showing their age and were hard to read. What great personal service they have us!

I had an impt package delivered to my parents condo in kimberling city. I mistakenly thought they delivered to door but instead they left in public mailbox locked box. Due to small snafu, i didnt have key nor did president of condo association. He gave me number to call for usps and i immed reached justin with the kimberling city branch. He contacted driver and found out it was in the locked box but he was gone for day. Because i was going out of town and needed the package...justin went out of his way to come ensure box was unlocked and actually delivered to my door. Outstanding personal service for something that made a difference to me. Hesrtfelt thanks and appreciation to justin! You saved me today!

We bought a stamp book across the street from the post office because we didn't know about this office. We wanted to exchange them because they were Christmas ones and it is spring. They told us that they don't do exchanges. We went to Branson and exchanged them.

This place is definitely government run. Closes at 4pm and opens at 9am. Hope you don't have a job because good luck working that out. Then when their credit card machine isn't working they just put up a sign. Sorry cash only.
