“Hey, let’s set our gas prices 30 cents higher than every other gas station in Branson west/kimberling city.” “I live in Galena so I’m going to pump my prices up so that I only appeal to out of towners who are down here on vacation and pay whatever price.” What a nasty way to run a business.

Friendly staff here although if your in a hurry you might look elsewhere. All too often when the checkout line is long, you will find staff outside on a smoke break or wondering around inside instead of hopping on the other register to help move customers through. This started to improve with the last manager Jesse until he left. Regretfully this will likely not change until a Quick Trip or other competition comes to town. No ill will towards RR here just wish the ownership trained better I guess.

These stations are always nice. The gas is quality. You can always use the restroom, buy a quick snack or drink, or get gas. Seems like the employees are always efficient as well.

Their new store is amazing. I have ran in plenty of times and grabbed a slice of pizza or a biscuit and it's always been good. Employees are always friendly and helpful. This is one of the nicest convenient stores I've been in.

The old hag with black long hair was rude as hell when she asked for my ID, with I get it it's her job. And copped an attitude with me when I was getting my ID out of my wallet. Pretty rude if you ask me.

Doesn't matter what time of day you go in there they will not break a 100 dollar bill. I can understand if it's the first thing of the day or right before closing but I went in today at lunch time wanted to purchase 25.00 in gas and buy cigarettes and nope they wouldn't break it. So your telling me you don't have 60.00 in your drawer to give back change. Cashier was very rude about it told me its not her fault all I had is a 100 dollar bill. Why is it the Rapid Roberts in Branson West has no problem breaking them. You all need to realize some people do still carry cash and it might just be a 100 dollar bill. No worries though I will not ask you to break another one because I will not be back. You need to hire friendlier cashiers or at least some that know how to keep their smart remarks to themselves

The tall old guy who works there is condescending rude and has no common courtesy what so ever. I am amazed that people like this are in any customer facing role.

I was not happy with anything at this place. One of their employees yelled at us when we told him about a pump that got clogged and shot diesel onto my boyfriend as he was pumping. He then proceeded to come out & cuss at my boyfriend while he was outside checking the pump. There was a good $5 worth of diesel on the ground that we paid for, so my boyfriend went inside because he was told they would give him the money that didn't go into the truck & The worker slammed the money on the counter & said “get the F*** outâ€.
