“My husband and I hit a rock on the highway by accident, 350 miles away from our house, and bent our rim. AAA got us to one shop, but they couldn’t fix it and we were charged $25 for a repair that was “supposed” to get us home, but that didn’t even last 30 miles. We called around, hoping to find someone that could help us and Red Beard told us to head over. We did, and the owner drove to a different town to find a new rim, all within 45 minutes of the shop closing. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out, but they did put our spare on in a safe spot, gave us tips on how to drive it safely, and didn’t charge us for anything because no actual repairs were done. We are beyond grateful for their help in getting us home safely. I know a new rim didn’t work out, but how many people/BUSINESS owners would help you that way and not extort you??
